Once we were rising up, no body talked to us about letting our feelings in the future up. No one offered us permission to be truly start and prone and provide ourselves the money to be in touch with our feelings.

We were taught how to take care of ourselves, how to endure, how to be more effective, just how to become the most effective, etc. although it is through an allowance of letting your feelings and ideas up that you can be carried beyond that which you are thinking and perceiving.
